Fishing Harbor & Fish Market
|
In
Elmina there are various places of interest to visit such as the
infamous Elmina Castle
Dungeons, Fort St Jago, the 19th Century Dutch Cemetery, the Posuban
Shrine and the
Fisherman’s Market. Alternatively, you can go to the vibrant harbor
to watch the fishing
boats leaving or arriving and experience the hustle and bustle of the
fishermen unloading
the day’s bountiful catch. This is the place where our cook buys
the catch of the day from
the large variety of fresh fish.
